This Privacy Policy outlines how Taack collects, uses, and protects your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described herein.

1. Information We Collect

Taack collects the following personal information:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Event preferences
• Payment details (for purchasing tickets)
• Payment information, such as a tokenized reference to a saved card, the card type and the last digits. Full card details are handled by our payment processing partners.
• Payment plan and transaction information, including payment schedules, payment status and your payment preferences.
• Information relating to third-party applications you choose to connect to your account, such as authorization credentials and the requests those applications make.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Send event updates and promotional communications
• Analyze platform performance and user behavior through third-party analytics tools
• Process payments you have authorized, including scheduled payments where you have opted in
• Send transactional communications, such as payment reminders, confirmations and account notices
• Respond to requests from third-party applications you have authorized

3. Sharing Your Data

We may share personal information with service providers that perform services on our behalf, including, without limitation, payment processing, authentication, hosting, email delivery and analytics. These providers are permitted to use personal information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Event organizers. When you purchase a ticket, register for an event or enter into a payment plan, the event organizer will receive information about you and your order. Organizers may access this information through the Taack platform, exports, or third-party applications they have connected to their account. The organizer's use of your information is subject to its own privacy practices, and Taack is not responsible for how organizers use information they receive.

Third-party applications. If you choose to connect a third-party application to your Taack account, we may disclose information to that application as needed to fulfil the requests you authorize.

We do not share personal information for advertising purposes without your consent.

4. Connected Applications and AI Assistants

Taack lets organizers connect supported third-party applications, including AI assistants, to their accounts using the Model Context Protocol ("MCP"). A connection is established only when an organizer signs in and grants authorization. A connected application may access account information available to that organizer, which may include event, ticketing, sales and payment plan information, including attendee names and email addresses. It may also perform actions the organizer is permitted to perform. We do not make full payment card numbers available to connected applications.

Information provided to a connected application is handled by that application's provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Taack does not control how third-party providers process that information. We do not use information accessed through connected applications to train artificial intelligence models. Organizers may revoke a connection at any time.

5. Security

Taack uses industry-standard security measures, including encryption protocols, secure servers, and restricted access to data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request to delete your data by contacting us at hey@taack.app.

We retain payment and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
